OK so it was not a vintage car, but a nice dark red GT 'vert. She's been through a lot. Maybe they'll give it to her.

Saw that. When they said she'd be riding in a Mustang Vert, I laughed and said "Of course she is!" ;)

Not to be picky, but I believe it was just a V6 with the pony package (GT hood scoop and spolier).... the wheels give it away :)

Either way it was a very nice car

When you think of a war hero, you picture someone like G.I. Joe, Rambo, the men of Iuo Jima... A young man with broad shoulders and a square cut jaw...

Not once, when I thought of a war hero, would I have ever pictured someone who looked more like a Barbie doll than a Ken doll...

How many broken bones? How much abuse and torture? knife wounds? gunshot wounds?

If I had a hangnail I would be layed up on the couch in teh living room with someone waiting on me hand and foot, let alone out in teh middle of a war in a run down hosppital with no food or water for all those days.

She can have all the Mustangs she wants, I think she earned them.
