Howdy. I just moved to Leavenworth, KS, and will have my 1970 Boss 302 shipped here soon. Looking forward to meeting some vintage mustang enthusiasts. I’ll need all the tips I can get when I start working on it. It’s in terrible condition!
I’ll be starting with floor pan replacement. No idea what I am doing, but I know how to read and watch YouTube instructional. If any of you have done this type of work before please chime in and stop me from making any rookie mistakes. I’ll start a build thread before I do anything and port progress pics. Cheers!
Just getting into my first restoration. If there are others nearby I'd be happy for the opportunity to check out other projects, swap stories, get some pointers, commiserate, whatever.
I'm in the Millard area.
Im currently building a 1968 Toyota corona coupe. I plan on putting in a 2.3 4cylinder . But my ultimate goal is to use a tubular k-member. But im looking for a right hand drive rack and pinion. Any advice will be more than welcome.
Checking to see if anyone is available to meet up tomorrow night 7/12 with a group of friends that have access to a parking lot and snow cones too. Planning on bringing out the 66.. if any interest we can meet up and ride in together
Going to be traveling in the '65. Will need an oil change by the time we hit North East Minnesota(McGregor) or Iowa(Newton). I plan to bring the oil and filter I use. Any recommendations on a place that I should trust to be the first other then me to touch the car?
