Is there any awards or recognition of any kind given out at the Fab Fords Knotts show? Is there any representatives from mustangs/ford magazines looking for prospects? Just kind of curious....never been there.

I believe there is some sort of raffle being done. From what I remember, 7 entrants will get 1 week's use of a Ford (can you say Cobra R model, that's my choice, but probably would get a Econoline 150).
I don't believe there are trophies, as they have shunned the all out competition effort, and focused on the social gathering portion of shows.

From my experience, they give away a single trophy to a car and one to a truck. Supposedly, Lindsay Wagner makes the choices, but I've been to the event four times, and I've never seen her outside her little signature booth. However, because of the volume of cars, it's probably the best place to get recognized for future articles and photos from magazines and auto journalists.
