I need more legroom in a 68 convertible, I've heard there is a "kit". Does anyone know anything about it? Perhaps the seat tracks have some extra holes?

One thing people do is to lower the seat mount plate in the car.
A shop (or yourself if you have the tools) will take out the double
floor, fold up the edges and re-install it to make the seat sit lower.
Mustangs Plus has a "how to" on there web site about it.
Good Luck!

Another possiblity is to fix it like Ford did. They relocated the seat rearward. with the help of a couple of holes and two small brackets.

Email me directly and I'll send back a copy of the technical bulletin
