Reaching up under the dash you'll find a button on the side of the light switch, depress it and pull the headlight knob all of the way out. With the knob/rod now removed, apply rearward pressure to the back of the switch and try spinning the bezel off (CCW).

Ingnition switch or lock cylinder? The lock cylinder is removed with the use of a paperclip and turning the key to the AC position. The repair manual details these steps properly.

With the lock cylinder removed, apply rearward pressure to the back of the ignition switch and again use CCW spinning motion to remove the bezel.

There is a special tool to engage these bezels, but it usually isn't necessary.

Good luck.

Thanks Dave.

Worked perfectly except both switchs have "tangs" on them preventing them from being spun.No problem big screw driver in light switch shaft hole and careful tapping on the ignition switch ring and all was well.
