Maybe its just me but I think your links are wrong or broken. Unless of course, you're trying to say you found little red X's under the carpet. /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

Those floors really aren't that bad. Mustangs Unlimited makes new pans that will replace all that rust. The only hard part will be that, for a convertible, this isn't a do-it-yourself repair unless you are an experienced welder and understand convertible body structures (like a good restoration shop will). The car has to be kept pretty straight while the floors are replaced or it will flex and cause body panel alignment problems later on.
