Changed over to a Mallory Unilite 3755301H distributor (non-vacuum) and set the timing at 10 degrees advanced 650 rpm on my 67 S code GT. The instructions don’t say much about the non vacuum distributor other than set to factory specs. The vacuum unit says to remove and block the hose and fitting on the unit. I am assuming that there is no initial advance at 650 rpm on the non-vacuum distributor, but assuming can get you in a can of worms sometimes. Car starts and seems to run fine except around 1500 rpm, a bit of roughness. That may be carburetor. We have had the car since 1967, 390 engine just rebuilt and about 200 miles on it. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

John:smile2:
