Well then.. yah you could probably make them quite easily. My advice would be to get ahold of some professional peices, or look at some on someones car (tcp?). I would advise using the screw in style ball joints the aftermarket uses. The hard part that i can see is getting that threaded pipe for that ball joint, and then the pivot point for frame side of the arm.
