Hi, I have a CLEAR set of 1969 California Black License Plates with the very rare and hard to find Mel Burns Licenses Plate Frame. Mel Burns was one of the largest West Coast seller of Shelby's and Mustang and other Ford cars. These Frames come up once in awhile, but never with a CLEAR set of matching plates.
These plates may be original to someone's Shelby delivered by Mel Burns in 1969. What a find, right.
