Got the lines and reservoir for the wiper/washer from NPD, and hurriedly installed them prior to a thunderstorm. Filled the reservoir, got in, and stepped on the pedal. Voila! Instant washers! The reason this rekindles memories, is that my older sister got a 68 coupe when she was a senior in high school, and we would go to the Dairyette for a slush after school sometimes. She would say "Abracadabra!" or some other nonsense while secretly pushing the pedal, and I would be convinced that she could do magic. Of course, I was only seven. For a small town boy, those were some great times.
Okay, so I'm a sentimental sap.
