After "cleaning" up some of my welds, I created small indentations that should be filled in for a smooth appearance. My question is: When do I apply Metal to Metal? After Rust Encapsulating the area or directly on the bare metal and then applying Rust Encapsulator? I should mention that the area is on the top of the Battery apron where the shock tower and apron meet.

I would apply it to bare metal after using metal prep....

the stuff smooths out pretty easily
