Some of you may remember that I'm researching the disappearance of Amelia Earhart, and am writing a book (I'm the second author). Here's a short description of it:
Amelia Earhart's Shoes

And we think it's hard to de-code a Mustang!
Congratulations and good luck with the book. Sounds intrigueing.

... I just had lunch with Amelia the other day. Nice lady. She's holed up in a little hanger just north of here.

Seriously, congratulations on this interesting project.

Cool, I would buy it and read it, but I have to save up for the Stang. I know 25 bucks isn't THAT much, but it will help the restoration. Sounds very interesting!

Hey Mid...Congratulations on your book!!!!!
Mid, I didn't realize you were an egghead and a squid (well, honorary squid) to boot! I'm ex-Navy ('71-'75) and stay current through the U.S. Naval Institute and Proceedings magazine. I once sailed a WWII-era destroyer up the East Coast in a hurricane (fall '72, I think), so I'm full of respect for anything that puts oceanic and seismic together!

Congrats on the book! I'll put it on my reading list. I have four books waiting for me to get to them right now, but I'll grab yours when I get close to finishing those.

Cool, I'm glad to see your book is finally going to be available. I'll add it to my archaeology library, but you better be prepared to sign a dedication in it. *G*

I love it when a plan comes together!

I guess when it first came out. They had it listed at Amazon. I am sorry I did not recognize the Midlife alias. I have had a couple of other firends I have helped write or research books, so my kids are impressed that I now know someone who has written a book on something other than The War Between the States.
Do you push autographed copies????????

Most excellent. Congratulations. You really should venture to the left coast next year for Knott's (or any other sublime occasion), to do a meet and greet with us. Airpool with Teebone! When you do, you can sign our books. BTW: any flamingo references in the acknowledgements???
