I've confirmed at least one error with Kevin: the 1969 428 CJ production figures are 470 too high because the unsold 1969 Shelbys that were "converted" to 1970 models were double counted. As for a second edition, his web site says "with a second volume on that subject nearing completion".
Yes, in addition to the errors listed by others, there are a couple of other mistakes. Please make note of the following on the following pages:
pg. 63 under paint code T and trim 3W, it should be 975, not 23.
pg. 63 under paint code T and trim BA, it should be 2,812, not 3,787.
pg. 63 under paint code T. Add trim EW and theses numbers in each column 0 23 75 98.
pg. 118 under Mach I, it should be 69,837, not 72,458.
I'm sorry about the errors and any inconvenience it caused anyone. I appreciated the help of people like Scott Hollenbeck, Jeff Speegle, and Raynald Belanger who helped me find these mistakes. And thank you all for your forgiveness. I guess this qualifies me for the Doofus award this week, huh?
Yes, it is a 2nd printing of the same book with the aforementioned mistakes taken care of. Also, the Shelby problem that Ford created with the 69 to 70 conversion has been resolved including CJ numbers.
