I got asked some questions about "morphing" two photos (basically a before and after) of my Boss. If you are interested, there is a program downloaded for free (I think from ZDNET) that allows you to do this and is very simple. Let me know what you think...

If you are on a dialup 56k give it a few seconds to load...

Awesome, I like the first photo! The only thing better than the morph is the resto.

I did the little number at the bottom using a program called animagic. It has a trail peiod if you want to give it a whack. You need a few pics and you put them in the order you want. You can add the special effects when they change if you want-they're in there too. It makes an animated gif file for you as the result.

That's neat, it would be perfect for Trouble. The only problem is I don't have a finished picture yet. I'm also still trying to figure out how to get pictures to work--sorry, slow learner. *G*
