After taking the steering apart a few times in the last week, I've been kicking around the thought of putting in a Mustang II rack-n-pinion. This has been done before.
Anyone know of a good post (or thread) which discusses this?? Or a company which does the switch.
Thanks,
Mike

total control products, they have a kit out for installing the mustang II. i don't know much about it, other than they put it in on hot rod t.v. the boys had it done in 20min. so how hard could it be?

I have one of their earlier kits on a project fastback - it's pretty nice. The new ones, Ive noticed doesn't require cutting a section of the front frame rail out but I think you still have to torch off the lower control arm mount.
