I am looking for other owners of Mustang JR cars made from 1965-67 in Mystic Conn. by the Powercar company. gas or electric, adult or childrens versions. are you ready to make a outrageous offer?
I just picked it up 3 days ago after researching the company that made them for years.
Good luck finding another they only made just over 600 of them and most were made in the first year (1965) and the gas powered ones were damned expensive new ($537) so i am sure they sold a lot more electrics than gas models! i am currently making the replacement windshield and i have the corral and pony ready to cast. it still has a fair original paint job and was taken care of fairly well since it was bought new by a shriner and not used by children that would have tore it up. when i do sell it the price will scare the hell out of a lot of people but those that don't get scared will realize just how rare it is!
