Ok, I have the turn signal hood, the passenger side works all the time.
the drivers side /only/ works when it rains.
bulb is seated well.
Changed it out too. wiring /seems/ ok.
Any ideas?

Is the ground clean? And are you sure the wiring is solid? I'd check the ground first. I'm thinking that on that hood the ground is simply the mounting. To clean it youwould unscrew it, use a little piece of sandpaper on the socket and (carefully) on the hood where it mounts.

My money's on the ground, too. I had to clean my right one up to get it to work. You should be able to tell by wiggling the plug while it is connected to the assembly and the light is on.
