I don't seem to share much here, so here is something a little different...
So my floor duct was pretty much gone and I didn't really want another brittle plastic one so I fabbed one out of sheet metal. Had a chunk of my old one left and with some pics off the internet of what they are supposed to look like I managed to build one. Not seen anyway as it goes behind the console. The top, front and bottom are all one piece and I welded the sides on. A little rattle can black and she's good enough. Fits like a glove and will never break.

Looks great! I know the feeling of broken AC pieces. Love how you fab your own!

Thanks, always fun to fab. The weld on the sides are about 1/16 inch wide, good to stay in practice.
