If you don't mind, I need a measurement from spring perch to spring perch on a 8" 65/66 rear end. Doesn't matter how you measure it, just as long as you can explain it to me how you did it. :) I may be purchasing a 9" and want to make sure that it is the same. Your help is appreciated. I would check mine but she is at the paint shop about 30 miles away. :(

43" center to center. You can cut and weld in new perches. You just have to make sure your pinon angle is correct and remove the axles so the heat from welding in the new ones doesn't draw the axles off.
