just installing my taillight panel on my 73 mach1 and i was wondering about the gab between the taillight panel and the trunk lid... i have about half an inch, the extensions fits perfectly so what are your gaps between the trunk lid lip where you insert the key and the taillight panel (between the taillights but over the gas cap) of course a picture could be helpful, and you dont see this gap unless you look by underneath it

I have about 3/4" gap between the bottom edge of the trunk lid and the top of the trim on the black honeycomb tail panel.
