I was just told by my dad, he can get me...

a) 70 Stock 351-Windsor heads... 1.78 intake, 1.48 exhaust. $100
b) cam... lugeneddie? (don't know how it's spelled, but that's how it sounds)... 280-290 duration, 479-490 lift... springs, cam lifters, but no retainers... $60.

Will this help me get the 250hp to 270 hp I want to get out of my stock 302, if I go 4bbl? Are the prices good?

Lunati cams now part of Holley
Get the heads pass on the used cam unless the lifters are marked as to their corresponding cam lobe.If they are not marked using them now(mismatched) would lead to a quick failure of the cam lobes

(geez, took me forever to figure out how to reply!)

Okey, the cam I can see, that was the same thing I thought about.... they wouldn't match... the heads, according to my chart, woudl raise my compresison to 8.7 (which would rule)....

I figured the cam woudln't be a good idea, but I'll definately check into the heads...
