I am in the process of changing out my UCA and guess I am stupid but cant get the two bolts that bolt the spring perch to the UCA loose for nothing. Do you take the bolts out from the top or do you have to take nuts off from underneath? I tried from the top and cant budge them even with a breaker bar and cant seem to get a socket on the nuts underneath.I am thinking they are 9/16 but seems like they are to close to the wall of the UCA to get a socket on them. I need some advise from someone that has done this before please.

The bolts stay with the perch, they are pressed in. You need to remove the nuts from under the arm and they are 9/16". Some arms have more room than others, you may need a tall thin-wall socket.
