Hi, i'm looking for a pair of Recaro seat adapters/sliders for 1985 (approx year) model recaro seats to fit early mustangs (66 in my case).. i have mostly 65-6 parts to trade such as stainless dash trim (65), console and console parts, some original gauges, repro front and rear bumber, etc. If you have these just ask about anything you might want to trade. Thanks.

James, i have two sets of seats (recaros) that came from 1979 mustang pacecars, i'm not sure what shape the tracks are. i know sometimes they rust pretty bad on the rear supports. let me know if you want me to check. i can take some pics if ya like jace

hi JC, i hate to admit it but i cant recall what 79 pacecar seats look like so if you can get a pic i'd really appreciate it just to be sure its the same type of seat you know. the ones i have are from a bmw originally and i could make an adapter for my sliders from the 66 seats but the recaro sliders are very low profile so i'd prefer to use them if i can get a hold of some. heres a link to a pic of my seats by the way ... http://www.geocities.com/jkstang/recaros.jpg

hey i seem to have you on my friends list yet i dont recall ever chatting with you (then again i have a lousy memory). do you by chance live near beckley wv, or somewhere in southern wv .. i might have added you for that reason since my folks live out there and i visit often ..

anyway, thanks for the reply
