well like my name says i like triumphs. well my dads going to look at one for me today in california. its said to be in great shape and great running order. all it needs is a paint job. it even comes with an extra transmision (which i will turn into my racing trans if i get the car). also has the hard top along with the soft top. all this for $800 a damn good deal. so if all goes well i will finnaly have a triumph spitfire mkIII :: :) ::

What car is it? I had a TR-6 back in 1972 and this guy who worked next door traded his TR-6 for the wedged TR-7. Two years later he wanted to know if I would trade straight across. Ha! That was the end of the TR's in my opinion.

its a spitfire MK3. i dont own stock in oil. wish i did. but i buy oil in bulk anyhow because of all the lawn and farm work i do. i.e. i use it for chainsaw lanwmover and things as such. and as for it being a british car at least it has the hard top or i would be needing to waer a rain coat inside of the car ::.
