My new carb came in today. It's a 670CFM Holley Street Avenger, with vacuum secondaries.

As soon as my Performer RPM comes in, I'll be all set to beef that old 302 up a little!

Cool! Let us know how it runs after you bolt it on. I've read a lot of positive posts about that carb and how quickly it's dialed in.

Well, they're dialed-in right from the box, for the most part. They wet flow test eaach one at the factory, so that just leaves small tweaks to make it suit your particular car.

While I'm waiting for my manifold, I replaced the vacuum secondary control spring with a softer one. They should cause the secondaries to open faster and sooner.
