Yesterday was the day a friend and I got the new carburetor on the car. We had to work around the fuel line and reroute it a little, but other than that everything else fit and worked properly. It drives amazing now and doesn't want to die anymore. I read about what other people said on my other post on how I could adjust the fuel bowls on the old carb which could be the problem. I could have done that, but I am not really one for messing with carbs and such. The only real adjustment the 600 cfm holley needed from the 750 cfm 4150 was just the curb idle. Other than that, it does fine. I plan to keep the carburetor for a little bit in case of anything. If the new carburetor continues to do well, I will sell the old one.
