I guess you should consider the 351 sold. Lunch at "Stray Dogs" this spring for the exchange?

Thanks for setting one aside for me, I'll pas on the 460. I reckon with the SoT coilovers I can remove enough of the shock towers to make a 351 less of a nightmare in a 65.

Nail, have you looked carefully ar Dennis' car ? He put 67 or 8 towers in a 65 or 6, lots more room. Then, for EVEN MORE room, he sectioned the towers on the inside. He has a write up and pictures. LSG

This thread. Grafting 67/68 shock towers to 65/66 Mustang A little late in the game for that, I'm not converting to a 68 suspension and giving Shaun another Christmas bonus!

What would shipping be on a 351W to 33914? I could pick it up at a freigfht location. I've heard fasten all is a good place to use for large items.

RTM, I have no idea about shipping. I am in 49090, but would probably ship from closer to my work, 49423. The 351W blocks are about 165 lbs. I'll have to get a number on the 460 blocks.

Hey All, sold 4 blocks this AM, one of the 460s and 3 of the 351Ws. We tried putting a 4 inch piston into the smallblocks, and it does NOT fit, so you'd be opening the blocks up to STD, these blocks are NEW and have never been run. Let me know if you are interested. LSG

BadChris, Yes, I believe it will. At least it always does on the cleaning system that the shop I work uses. We bake blocks, then shotblast, then shake tumble to make sure no sot left inside. Blocks look perfect when they come out of the shaker. These blocks are new, were oiled up before storage, and need to opened up to STANDARD. I'm hoping SLO can send us a picture of his when it comes out of the blaster. LSG

I’m in no rush and would still be interested if you can ship a 351W block. I do have a FedEx account if it would help make things easier. Never had a block shipped before.
