Visited the local Pontiac/Hummer dealer yesterday (looking for a giveaway for my charity golf tournament), started bs-ing about cars with the sales manager. So he pulls out a DVD of the 04 GTO complete with sound files. , Doesn't look much like the GTO's from the 60's, but does sound good. Making 5000 I think he said.

It looks too much like a Bonneville for my taste, but it's a neat looking car, and will probably sell as many as Pontiac makes.

Unless it goes the way of the T-Bird!

Yeah good ol'GM. Why design new when you can take from another division. Seems like GM never has any design talent. They take a chance with the Aztec and get shot down. I think that has scared them for at least ten years. :: Yeah I know the SSR and SS might be coming along but GM ain't jumping on their notoriety now like Chrysler did with their concept cars. Just my BSing, sorry.

I think GM made a HUGE mistake discontinuing the Trans Am, Now they will try to pick up sales with some old name sakes like the GTO.

I have one of the last REAL Pontiac muscle cars to be made. I just bought a new 2002 Trans Am WS^ Convertible shown here

I love it ALMOST as much as I do my '65 Shelby (clone) shown here
