Hello Mustang Friends.

Im going to New York, in the middle of december.

I have a -67 mustang,-77 bronco,-29 reo,-76 dodge pickup.

Im kind of a carnut, petrolhead.

What would you recommend me to see, explore or do, when i have this week in New York ????

Ive searched for events, maybe its not the right time.

Museums, auto related ?

What about hot rod shops ?

Is there places for shopping parts ?

Thank you very much.

If you are going to Manhattan, I believe the Taxi Cab ballet is playing all month! Seriously, the regional forum events thread hasn't had a post in more than 8 months. NYC is not what I would call a "car town". Perhaps something closer to Lime Rock, or Watkins Glen might yield a better result if it isn't already snowing there.

Def not your car friendly city. NYC is more of a party / don't sleep type of place I know I live very close to there, really depends on what your plans are there is broadway, always shows, Museums etc.

I'd recommend Sarge's Deli on 2nd near 30th (I think). Their sandwiches are as big as a car and as delicious as a fully restored vintage Mustang.
