Spent the morning installing my fulcrum kit and fork onto my T5 w/ T5 bellhousing. In all of my reading, I really couldn't find anything about where the throwout bearing should rest (I'm sure this gets adjusted when the Z bar and clutch are installed, but maybe there's a rough benchmark?) or how much travel the bearing should have smoothly. I've linked to a video with my setup and how much travel the bearing has before it pops off the clips along with a picture of each end of the travel. The bearing pops off the fork as it hits the very end of the shaft, which seems like a non-issue to me as I can't imagine the bearing would travel that far anyway. BUT - that's why I'm asking. I've never done this before and want to get it right before it's in the car. Thanks.

It looks like you have a 1" block to mount the fulcrum on. I did the same in 1993 when I installed the T5 and late model bell and have plenty of travel with my Z-bar setup.
