I was on the net looking for information about my (Ack!) Chevy truck, and came across a chevy truck discussion forum. So I posted a question. When I went back to read it, I noticed that I was the first person to post since February 18th! And the last 10 or so posts had not gotten any replies at all! Thats when it occured to me that I should just ask the experts on the VMF. So don't get mad, but I'm looking for recommendations for online suppliers for front end parts for my '75 C30, specifically the idler and pitman arms. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Jim

Anyone know what these are?

I'll trade you for some really nice original 1966 rare C code Ford Blue valve covers. They are not repros, they're the real thing. I was offered $3500 for them, but I'd rather trade with a VMF friend. *G*

I have a 1965 special edition Car Life mag devoted to the new Mustang. One of the articles has all of the after market dress up items that were available. There is a picture of your valve covers with the following text: "The valve cover to end all valve covers is the boast of EELCO about its special Mustang Valve covers. A unique Mustang design is cast in deep relief on the face amid attractive polished aluminum ribbing. Polished all over, these gleaming covers give an engine compartment dazzling appearance; $49.95 per pair. Complementing the covers are the EELCO chrome-plated Wing Nuts, which are $1.60 each or $19.20 per set of 12." The 46 bucks seems expensive as I rememeber buying some finned aluminum covers for my 65 GT back then for less than $20.

I'm going to attempt to trump 66emberglow and offer to trade a set of "A" code gold valve covers - complete with the NOS grease (and grime) that came with the car. *G*
