While I've been satisfied with most parts bought from NPD, I do have one complaint.

I installed an NPD repo '67 day/night rear-view mirror a few years ago. Not a bad piece. The chrome is good, plastic housing is close to original looking, glass ALMOST fits right...

Well, I haven't driven the '67 since last summer, she's been parked in my driveway. I opened her up to get something out and the rear-view mirror glass had FALLEN out of the plastic housing!!! It was siliconed in and had probably overheated from the sun. Now, my original mirror had lasted 30+ years without a problem.

I think I'll be putting my orignial mirro back in...

The original day/nite mirror is still in my '67, it looks old and the is cloudy. It reminds me of how the car looked before, and how I look now.

I have one word for you - EPOXY. Use a good two part epoxy glue (preferably the 24 hour type) and believe me, it will NEVER come out again.....
