Tried ordering some parts tonight, had to look at my paper catalog and get the part numbers from there and type them in a search box then hit add to cart. No more scanning the online catalog. It sucks. It'll be good for all the other parts vendors thou.

I didn't mind the email confirmation and other hoops to jump through before, but I could see where that would be bothersome for some.

Yeah, I don't get it either... Had the same problem the other night myself. I give them Kudos for trying new things, but they really need to have their online ordering like Mustangs Unlimited and Virginia Classic Mustang. Both of those sites have their act together. Much better and faster online ordering there. Straight, and to the point, with pics of items. I love NPD...but I still see no improvement when it comes to online ordering. I think they are shooting themselves in the foot over and over again if you ask me. Just my personal opinion.
