Are using the site this morning, I keep getting this error,

System Error: DBI->connect(vmforums2:host8.r5i.com) failed: Too many connections at modules/w3t.pm line 480

So, come on.... Go to work, and let some of us who are just getting off work, play a little! /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

The only thing I can think of, is too many people are on board. but it seems that would just slow things down, not overload it all together!

Hey ShanMan,

Nice 66! I wish mine looked half as good as that. Are you going to have it at Knotts?

Thanks Doug. I will indeed have it at Knott's. In fact, I have the entire engine torn down right now trying to get the whole engine compartment detailed in time. I think I'll make it, but just under the wire! Looks pretty much the same except that it has styled steel wheels now. Are you going to be there?

I'm about 90% sure the SWMBO and I will be there, I'm in the process of hiring one more driver to make sure work is covered while I'm gone.

I was hoping to have my 66 there this year, but things took a turn for the worse with work last year and I didn't get to finish her up. You might recall I almost sold all of my cars because of work, thank goodness I didn't get any serious offers.

Maybe I'll have it ready for next year!

It is quite possible that the board has exceeded the number of connections available from the web server. This parameter is configurable in the web server software. Typically you would get a connection refused type message but I am not sure how this would manifest on this particular web server. Anyone know if they are using Apache for the web server ???
