Soak it with pure Dawn dishwashing liquid overnight and spray it out.
Or, you can hit it with either distilled vinegar or muriatic acid (gloves!).

Put some dry Portland cement on it and using a trowel turn it over every day or so, It will pull the oil stain right out.

I douse the oil with mineral spirits, let it soak in for a couple of minutes the cover the area with a thick layer of diatomaceous earth ( oil absorbent) I then mash the whole area until the concoction turns to dust. This usually does the trick for me.
There are some products out there for this but I have never tried them, maybe someone who has can chime in.

Bleech and an aggressive shop broom will clean concrete but I don't know if it will remove oil stains. It probably will.

Depending on how big your shop is and where in the room it is...you can power wash it, If I have a stain in the middle of my shop it’s large enough I can power wash and sweep the water out the door without having to worry about getting anything wet or a mess from the water!
