In preparation for the 351C buildup, I just spent almost 850 bucks.....and I've already obtained the engine's reciprocating assmebly!!! Surprised the salesman didn't call me a CraneCams addict, LOL!!!

SWMBO is going to fully erase my existence if anything goes wrong /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

laundry list as follows (whole engine list)

factory; crank (original size...how bout that!!), rods (shotpeened/magnafluxed/milodon bolts) from PAW, block, heads (3 angle/no exhaust bumps/bronze guide liners/REV valves/decked for straightness/port edges smoothed), water pump (bearing feels great!)

TRW/sealed power forged flattops and moly rings
cl77 bearings
ARP every freakin fastener (probably overboard)
melling STANDARD VOLUME oil pump with motorsport pump driveshaft
crane powermax 272/284 .530"+/- hyd cam/lifters/springs/retainers/locks/pushrods
cloyes double roller timing chain
motorsport bolt down aluminum full roller rockers
single plane intake ( for 85 bucks)
used headers (50 bucks)
duraspark dizzy with crane advance springs set for 20 degrees mech. advance
HOLLEY 600 electric choke (only way to go!)

BTW, anyone got a PERFECT timing cover for a 335 series engine? I'm tired of looking at pitting/stripped holes, etc.

Sure, I'll put back the treehugger thing /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
