Man, this is what makes me want to move down south. We're getting hail right now about 1 inch in diameter, and neither the stang(which is in restoration anyway) or the other 2 cars are sheltered. We never get this bad of hail. I would go outside and check out if there's any damage, but I think I would get pelted to death. Hope there's not too much damage......

Its gota be big to damage the tin on an old Muatang, but it's going to make a mess of a few rice burners.

If in doubt give it a clout
If at first you don't succeed , find a bigger hammer

Get it under cover. I was visiting near St. Louis a year ago and saw a Granada that looked like someone took a ball peen hammer to it front to back. The owner said he was from Mascoutah just east of Belleville. Baseball size hail and a lot of it! OUCH!!!

Moving down south may not be a good idea though! Those hurricanes are a killer! We had a really bad wind storm like a month ago and the neighbors car is split down the middle from a tree! just consider your car.......LUCKY!!!!!

Well, the storm is over, and no damage was done. Not sure how though.....that hail was pretty big. We're going to get the Stang in the garage this weekend. Maybe I will stay away from those hurricanes. :) That sounds pretty bad.
