If the car is on sturdy stands, you can bolt the wheel back on with a couple nuts and either whack it with a dead blow composite hammer or wiggle it back and forth. There also are hub pullers which center on the spindle and grip the back ridge of the drum...usually only used on keyed rear axles (old car stuff; showing my age *G*)
Sometimes, the brakes can groove a drum and backing the shoes off through the adjuster window hole can help...
