Anybody know anything about these? Obviously different from the original GT350R item but I think I'd like it with a chrome bumper.. A custom item they make or publicly available? Anybody seen one?

The "bumper" is part of the entire piece which is made of fiberglass. I am not aware of anybody that can chrome plate fiberglass.

disappointing, looked like it was a separate piece. >$700 price tag and being out of stock at NPD are more pressing concerns anyways

Just get the racing front valence type that allows use of a bumper and also order a chrome bumper. Vendors have them.

This is the R model valance that uses a chrome front bumper. If you want the inlets for the brake cooling ducts you'll have to add them yourself.
