i wont to restor my 68 shelby to concours condition is it ok to paint it in 2 pack or does it have to be in acrilic

I assume you're asking if it's acceptable to use acrylic urethane base coat / clear coat for concours. The answer is yes. And if it's a metallic color, I strongly suggest bc/cc.

If your intention is to compete in the highest level of concours restoration, I wouldn't go with bc/cc. The judges can be very picky about paints. Heard of one VMFer loosing points for not having enough orange peel.
