I installed disc brakes on my 65 using Mustang Steve brackets with brand new calipers for a 2009 GT. I never have had the parking brake hooked up (car is not registered yet) but recently bought an electronic E-Stopp actuator and am now trying to figure out what cables I need that will mate to my calipers, what lengths do they come in so I know where to mount the E-Stopp actuator and where I can get them from.

I'm using an E Stopp and I used Explorer cables from Lokar. They come extra long so you cut them to length. Don't know if the 2009 GT calipers will work with the Lokar cables, I'm using Street or Track brakes and they work fine with them. I mounted the actuator on a steel bracket that I welded to the Left side subframe connector. Mine is towards the rear more than I wanted because of the driveshaft loop that was in the way. Here's a photo.
