Is there a site that I can find a listing of NOS part numbers? I am specifically looking for the part number for my heater control panel. ('67 no A/C)

All lot of the parts dealers catalogs contain the Ford part number. Try a catalog from NPD.

You can also try the Ford shop manual or the assembly manuals

I don't know of a web site

If you know a good Ford parts person at a dealer and you can talk them into putting in the effort, sometimes they still have the old microfiche on site, as my local dealer had and can find pretty much anything you want.
