Does anyone know where to get two new air bleed needles for my 65 autolite 4100 carb? I also have to set the float adjustment , can anyone post some useful info on the float specs or where to get simple small parts like that.
Thanks
Steve Stiles

Take a look here

You can contact Pony Carbs with the details of what you need if you don't see it...

To be honest, the last time I looked inside the 4100 on the D-coder, it appeared the float assembly was just level...I haven't adjusted it in the 9 years I've had the car. Most rebuild kits come with a guage or instructions (at least they used to *G*)

Good luck!  †

You caught me in the middle of one of those " make 1 good carb from 5 different carbs weekends". Actually was able to build a good C5ZF 4100 Carb. In the info gathering stage of the project I found these two web sites that were pretty infromative. Will use Cfiworld to buy some parts to finish another one. Hey, 2 out of 5 would be pretty good

I haven't bought anything from theses guys yet, but they have a pretty good site. Wait for the "splash screen" to load, click "enter",then "everything carburetor", then "ford" , then "4100". As you page thru the pop up there are set up tips and also a list of single parts with pics available that you can order. There is also an carb adjustment spec page.

Also, this is a infromative site. Ford carb Forum.
