Don't make here every day, so when I do I enjoy all the stuff you good people post. This day while visiting, I have laughed at some of your writtings, have cried with Doug and his friend's family, have had a real good class on carbs. I have come to the belief that this forum is filled with some of the smartest folks around. Bob has done a GREAT job with this forum,and the people that belongs to it make it even GREATER. Thanks to all who post here and may your God smile on each and every one of you.

YES!!!!!!! I feel guilty for not having to pay big bucks for the great advice I get here. I don't post an awful lot but do when only necessary. But...I read, and read, and read here many times daily. God's speed to Bob and all the great folks here!!! Forever live VMF!!!
