Does anyone have any pics of their power steering and alternator mounted to their engine? I just got the motor back in my car and Im putting everything back on, and I can't remember how they came off.... All help would be great. This is in a 68, but the motor is a 74. I don't know if that matters or not.

Hmmm. Ok, I can take pics of all the brackets (assuming I can locate them and get to them right now), but haven't actually installed them yet. With the post '69 water pump, every single bracket has to change from the pre '70 cars. I have all the brackets now to change to a '70 pump, but haven't tried it all out yet to see if it all works.

Is this one that you're converting over, or you had it all set up before and just don't remember how it goes back together?

This is the best one I have right now, but I can get some better pics tomorrow and post them, if you want.

Laurie, is that from Murphy? If so, the pre '70 pics won't help him much, because every single bracket is different, as is the harmonic balancer and its pully. Your pic looks like the pre '70 version judging from the PS bracket and upper alternator brackets.

When you use a '70/later water pump, you need 3 alternator brackets (instead of the 2 of prior years), and 2 new PS brackets (replacing the 2 from '69/prior)
