Thanks David, he was 28 so he had a good life. We went out and got a rescue donkey to give the other horse a companion.
There are a lot of new resturants in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Vik and I have been checking them out. Hopefully we can find something to everyone's liking.

The 2020 Ponies in the Smokies event has been CANCELED.

After constantly monitoring the shifting tides of the COVID-19 Pandemic and weighing our desire to move forward with the 2020 show in just 4 weeks against the public safety of our participants, sponsors, vendors, spectators, venues, volunteers and staff we have decided to skip the uncertainty of 2020 altogether and resume the show again in March 2021.

As cases of coronavirus continue to soar in Tennessee, Gov. Bill Lee extended his state of emergency declaration on Monday, along with a host of other provisions that were set to expire this week.
Tennessee will remain in a state of emergency until at least Aug. 29, according to Lee's latest order.
The governor's declaration continues the suspension of a multitude of laws and regulations as the state continues to grapple with the spread of coronavirus.

I am one of planners/doers of an annual deer hunt we put on for military kids, very successful event. This was to be our 10th Anniversary event and we had to cancel it for this fall. Tough call.
