from what I can tell, the shaker base is off a 70 351C, which is confirmed by the presence of that hole near the snorkel - that was used for 1970 California emissions to a fresh air cannister, the other 49 states had a plastic plug there. The snorkel looks like a garden variety 302/351W non-shaker type. the collar appears to be a spacer that sits on top of the carb to elevate the shaker base. The two rusty brackets are re-enforcements for the shaker trim ring. the other "blue" bracket looks like some kind of homemade unit and not a Ford piece. Without looking at a closer view of the midplate, I cant tell if it is for the Mustang or Torino (which has different mounting holes than the Mustang).....
