After the article in M&F about the floor patch I got to thinkin' . Would it work on the bottoms of my doors that have the pin holes in them? Or would that be like putting a Band-aid on a gun shot wound? :)

If the bottoms are still good / strong and you have taken care of the rust inside the door I would try metal to metal. we have had good luck with it. Laurie S. uses it, send her a PM and she what she has to say. She would know if any one.

i bead blasted my doors and found some pin holes on the pass side i por15 the hole inside of the door(safety tip besure your wipe hole are open and free of debris before por15} then i applied a Marine epoxy a two part puddy put it in and smoothed out with a rag dipped in M.E.K. the rubbing allowed me not to lose to much detail in the grained metal
