Hope this link to Facebook is acceptable....friend of mine publishes a small regional car magazine and he recorded this at a local cruise night. My mustang is around the 50 second mark. JBA mid length with h-pipe 2 1/2" jba exhaust using Dynomax super turbos.

My 66 with 2.5" dynomax bullets. With x pipe. As of now it's dumped. Going to add piping to the rear gt valance so it quiets down just a bit

REF: Maxum96 videos:Magnificent Sound!! Now THAT is what a Mustang is supposed to sound like! The only improvement would be that of the 393C ... but then I have a slight prejudice towards that end.

Idling with the big Xforce Varex mufflers. They are pretty trick, and pretty nice looking mufflers

Seems like I've had so many different combinations of pipes and mufflers over the years

EFI 5.0, E-Cam, full JBA setup, mid-length headers and 2.5" pipes.
This confirms I picked a good set-up. I have a 302/E-Cam, full JBA for my 67 project...still in pieces in the garage but that's the sound I am going for right there!!!!! Awesome!

My 1965 Mustang 302

Here is my 1965 Mustang with Flowmaster 40 Series but I plan on changing these out for my new "Black Widow Exhaust Widowmaker"
I'll post a video of my new setup as soon as I get it installed.

I changed up my exhaust slightly, thought I'd post an updated video :)

302 bored to a 306 (10.5:1 compression)
2.5" piping
X pipe
Magnaflow mufflers
JBA full length polished stainless headers

Sounds very nice! :pirate: You've probably answered this already somewhere, but what Magnaflow mufflers did you choose?
