Recently completed converting my 69 Conv. from PS to MS including disc brake upgrade but the final step to complete the conversion is removal of the PS pump. I have received lots of ideas on how to but want experienced input on the most realistic / cost effective method. Suggestions I have received: Gut the PS pump and leave in place??? / Install Idler Arm / Replace the upper and lower pulleys.
Motor is a 302, No A/C, No Smog. PS pump is mounted on LH side-drivers side of motor. Need your advise
Thanks

Swap the front dress to someone who is adding power steering. I bet you could swap it straight across.
